Upon arrival in Chiang Mai, you’ll be greeted and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax or take a leisurely stroll to get a first glimpse of the city.

After breakfast, begin a walking tour of Chiang Mai’s charming Old Town. Visit the ancient walls, moat, and gates before exploring some of the city’s most significant temples: Wat Phra Singh, Wat Phan Tao, and Wat Chedi Luang. Wander through quaint lanes lined with traditional houses, then enjoy a nostalgic rickshaw ride. Continue to the bustling Warorot Market, a lively spot for local goods and snacks.

In the afternoon, drive up to Doi Suthep Hill to visit the sacred Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, one of Thailand’s most venerated temples, offering panoramic views of the city. In the evening, explore Chiang Mai’s vibrant Night Bazaar at your own pace.

Your day starts with a scenic drive through rolling hills and farmland to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary. After changing into traditional Karen clothing, learn about elephant anatomy, history, and behavior from your guide. Spend the day interacting with these gentle giants: feeding, playing, walking, and bathing them in the river. Enjoy a Thai-style lunch and later join the elephants in a therapeutic mud spa before rinsing off in the river.

In the late afternoon, return to Chiang Mai with unforgettable memories of your elephant encounter.

Today, journey to Doi Inthanon National Park, home to Thailand’s highest peak. Trek along a jungle trail past hidden waterfalls, lush rice terraces, and farmlands until you reach a Karen hill tribe village, where you’ll enjoy locally grown coffee. Continue to the spectacular Vachiratharn Waterfall, a 70-meter cascade, before visiting the twin royal chedis—Napamaytanidol Chedi and Phra Mahathat Napaphon Bhumisiri—built in honor of the late King Bhumibol and Queen Sirikit.

Return to Chiang Mai in the evening.

After breakfast, enjoy free time until your transfer to Chiang Mai Airport for your departure flight.
