Deposit Policy
To secure your booking, a 30% deposit of the total package cost is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will follow the payment schedule outlined in your booking confirmation.

We provide several safe and convenient options for you to complete your payment:

Best option for large transactions with minimal fees.

Note: Please email us a copy of the transfer receipt after payment. All transaction fees—including those charged by correspondent banks—must be covered by the sender.
🔹 Credit/Debit Card (Visa/MasterCard)
Payments are processed via OnePay, a trusted online gateway in Vietnam.
A 3% processing fee will be applied for card transactions.
All card details are encrypted under international SSL security standards and will not be stored in our system.
🔹 Apple Pay
Quick and convenient. Simply select Apple Pay when you receive our invoice link and complete your payment securely in seconds.
🔹 Western Union
For urgent or last-minute payments, Western Union offers fast transfers online or through local agents. Please note: any fees charged by Western Union must be paid by the sender.
🔹 Cash Payments
You may also pay the final balance in cash directly at our office or to our accounts staff upon arrival in Vietnam.

For your protection, we verify all payments. If suspicious activity is detected, we may request an alternative method of payment.
AsiaPlus Tours does not cover any fees charged by banks, card issuers, or transfer services. These are the responsibility of the client/agent.
