Hung earned his degree in English from Dalat University and began his tourism career right after graduation, working in guiding, sales, and operations. These experiences gave him a well-rounded view of what makes a trip smooth, memorable, and truly local. Known for his calm, thoughtful approach, he’s always ready with practical solutions and a warm smile. Outside of work, Hung enjoys motorbike adventures, street food, and music—and dreams of one day creating a network of homestays across Vietnam for travelers to experience authentic local life.

Long began his tourism journey as a student guide, where he discovered his passion for travel and connecting with people. After graduation, he led tours across Indochina, Thailand, and Hong Kong, building strong partnerships and deep insight into travelers’ needs. Seeing the demand for more meaningful, culturally immersive experiences, he co-founded his own travel company with a trusted teammate. His vision is clear: to enrich every journey with authentic moments—sharing meals in local homes, chatting with villagers, or joining farmers in their daily work. Creative and full of ideas, Long brings fresh energy to every itinerary, making each trip engaging and memorable.

Rassmei began his career in humanitarian work with the Mines Advisory Group (MAG), where he grew from interpreter to Project Officer, gaining deep knowledge of Cambodia’s landscapes and communities. In 2011, he transitioned into tourism, bringing with him a decade of experience, sharp attention to detail, and strong local insight. With over ten years in the industry, Rassmei sees tourism not just as a career but as a calling—sharing Cambodia’s stories and creating meaningful experiences for every traveler.

Elena graduated in Tourism and Travel Service Management, nurturing her passion for exploring the world and connecting with people. Her journeys through Vietnam, Thailand, and China allowed her to experience diverse cultures, breathtaking landscapes, and the daily lives of local communities.

For Elena, travel is about more than places — it’s authentic encounters, heartfelt stories, and lasting memories. She brings this spirit into her work, ensuring that every traveler not only visits a destination but truly experiences it.

She began her travel career in 1999, taking on roles from tour guide to operations, sales, and business development—each adding depth to her expertise. What has never changed is her commitment to people.
