Step 2: Refine Your Tailor-Made Journey

Once we receive your request, our travel specialists will design a proposal based on your needs. From there, you’re free to adjust every detail — from pace and activities to budget and accommodation. We’ll keep fine-tuning together until the itinerary feels perfect for you.

Step 3: Confirm Your Booking

When you’re ready to proceed, a 30% deposit will secure all arrangements. As soon as we receive it, we’ll confirm your bookings and send a full itinerary along with the balance payment schedule (final payment due 45 days before your departure).

Flexibility & Cancellations

Plans can change — and we’re here to accommodate them. Contact your travel consultant or email sales@asiaplustours.com with your booking details, and we’ll adjust your trip where possible. Please note: some modifications may affect the final cost.

Cancellations
Our standard cancellation policy is:

• Over 60 days before arrival: No fee
• 14–60 days before arrival: 10% of total price
• 5–13 days before arrival: 50% of total price
• Less than 5 days before arrival: 100% of total price

(Some partners such as hotels, airlines, or cruise providers may apply different terms, which we will inform you of at the time of booking.)
